Friendly Reminders

Annual HOA dues have been raised by $50 for 2026, and are now $300. Payment is due by March 31st.
Payments received after March 31st must include a $25 late charge ($325.00 total).
After June 30th, a lien may be placed on properties that are not current. An additional fee of $25 will be assessed in order to cover the additional costs to file and release the lien document. After June 30th, payment in the amount of $350.00 will be required to bring the account into good standing.
