Friendly Reminders

• Annual HOA dues have been raised by $50 for 2024, and are now $250. Payment is due by March 31st.
• Payments received after March 31st must include a $25 late charge ($275.00).
• After June 30th, a lien may be placed on properties that are not current.  An additional fee of $25 will be assessed in order to cover the additional costs to file and release the lien document. After June 30th, payment in the amount of $300.00 will be required to bring the account into good standing.
